Jamie is a people person, using his insightful emotional bonds that he develops in each relationship in business, he prioritises making sure everyone walks away from a deal a winner. Due to his competitive nature, Jamie has an extensive athletic history covering a wide range of both team and individual sports; he thrived in the competitive and challenging atmosphere and always gave it 110%. Jamie has shifted his interests and has found success in driving that competitive nature towards real estate, always fighting for the best deal for his clients. Jamie graduated from Laurier with an Honours Psychology degree and joined the 5 Points Group as an Administrative Assistant while taking courses for his real estate licence. Jamie had made the most of this opportunity, between organising multiple deals at once for multiple realtors and making sure everything was running smoothly and on schedule; Jamie learned what it takes to be a great Realtor.
Motivated to leverage his skills and resources in his pursuit of real estate success, Jamie brings his clients along for every step of the journey, reacting insightfully to their wants and needs. Jamie is relentless when it comes to finding clients that are interested in making a move when it comes to real estate. Being able to understand his client’s needs is something he takes seriously, and is not afraid to slow down and discuss any concern, issue or question that clients have at any time, as Jamie believes their comfort is essential to any successful deal. Jamie will use his people skills to develop a genuine rapport with his clients and put them at ease with his competence and caring attitude. Developing that relationship and trust he shares with his clients that extends beyond every deal is one of Jamie’s favourite aspects of his career, so he prioritises getting to know his clients better at every opportunity. Working hard to find the best fit and results for his clients is something that Jamie will pursue with relentless determination, skill and positive attitude.
